• Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked consultation session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session fee.

If you purchase a package of multiple sessions, refunds for unused sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, potentially subject to deductions for sessions already completed at their standard individual rate.
